Driving from Oakland to Napa Valley

I''ll be in Oakland and would like to drive up to the NAPA Valley for a day trip. I'll probably drive I-80 back into Oakland. Is the toll bridge along this route going to have a "Cash" booth, or do I need to make some other arrangements for payment?

All the bridges have cash lanes where you stop and hand over the payment to the toll collector.

Yes, there are cash lanes on every bridge here. The toll on the Carquinez Bridge is $5 and payable in the northbound direction only.
