Apartment rental on Balboa Island

My wife & I are looking for somewhere to stay on Balboa Island proper for 4 weekday nights next fall. Since there are no hotels as such on the island, I am having trouble finding apartments or small houses to rent. I've looked at a few "apartment rental" sites but their Balboa Island listings are very limited. Are there reputable realty companies which specialize in such or any web sites which focus on this? Or are there just not many to choose from?

ANYWAYS..as you can see, I had fun looking through vrbo at some of the ones listed.

vrbo stands for vacation rentals by owner

Try Coldwell Banker on Balboa Island. I think Island Realty also dabbles in rentals. The rentals on Balboa Island are usually for a week or more. This web-site gives you listings of realty companies on the Island.
