I am pretty sure the answer is no. There are hotels in Long Beach that have shuttles to the Long Beach port and hotels in San Pedro that have shuttles to the San Pedro port, but I don't think they cross over to the other ports.

If you are not on Cruise Critic, a TripAdvisor site, I'd really recommend you look into it. Not only can you get the best answers on questions like this, but on ports of call and they have a "roll call" so you can talk with others taking the same cruise. We've done that and had a great time meeting up on board for drinks and even done some excursions with people we met that way.

When Carnival wasn't sailing a few years ago, the downtown Long Beach hotels provided shuttle service to San Pedro. Now that Carnival is back in full operation, no.

I think others have reported that it is about a $20 cab fare to San Pedro.

ScottCA75 is correct--the best cruise advice may be found on boards.cruisecritic.com, West Coast Departures.
