stroll the shops/restaurants across the street at Santana Row..
Go to Tech Museum in San Jose and see an IMAX show:
Go to Great America - Santa Clara
Then drive to Gilroy and see Bonfante Gardens
Also drive from San Jose to Santa Cruz
If interested in trains and redwoods, go to Roaring Camp Railroad:
In Santa Cruz, visit the Boardwalk:
Then drive down to Monterey:
In Monterey definitely go to Fisherman's Wharf Monterey
Then go to Monterey Aquarium:
Then drive to Asilomar State Beach - beautiful walk ways and ocean area:
And then go 17 Mile Drive and spend time there. This is also where Concours d'Elegance will be:
Visit also the Carmel Shopping area (and if you like golf, try to book a golf tee reservation in Monterey/Carmel area)
You have a "too full" itinerary already - but if you have time the drive South of Carmel is very beautiful.
In particular Point Lobos State Reserve is very worth a spot:
Take the Route 1 drive down through Big Sur.
Have lunch at the Post Ranch Inn, the view is spectacular.
