Wadi Musa is called the Valley of Moses, it is the area surrounds Petra of restaurants & hotels.

the town itself outside Petra site, Petra is the archaeological attraction which you need to walk from the entrance around 2 KM to reach the first attraction " the treasury" and another 1 km to reach the interior attractions.

You will find Musa Spring as you enter the town of Wadi Musa, it's a small white building on the right side. Inside this building you find Musa Spring.

There is no biblical reference to Moses having visited Petra, since it is high in the mountains it isn't really very likely. The city of Petra almost certainly did not exist at this period, it was centuries before cities began in the area. Moses lived several thousand years before Jesus.

There is a spring in each fold of the mountains there, and some people argue that the existence of all the springs means that this was the site where Moses struck the rock and brought forth water for all of the tribes travelling with him.

There is another Moses' spring near to Mount Nebo.
