The clubs do not have four walls....... Some bairly have three walls They have a roof with open fronts. It is mostly outdoors....Something cool........I have seen dressy outfits , and I have seen a bathing suit with a coverup.....It is your choice.........

Thanks D>J>1952. I have another question for you...which is better, travelers checks or cash and what, (in your opinion), is a good amount to travel with?

Bring a combination but I think cash is good enough. They have a bank in town and ATMs as well. I always bring $400 cash no matter where I go. You'll have change left over.

I travel with both....Only because I do not like to have a large amount of cash on hand.....Travellers cheque can be cashed at your hotel. I cash mine at some of the small "Bancos" (private places that cash travellers cheques). You can cash them at the bank but most banks have long lines and they require a passport..I also take US dollars for tips at my hotel and to purchase "stuff" at some of the larger stores. I use pesos when I go to the bars. It easier for them to make change.

If you have other questions you can e-mail me. I will be there Sept 8th for four weeks.

My e-mail is thebee75@hotmail.com
