Food Budget

Im going to easter island for 2 days in Feb and I would like to have an idea on how much are the prices for food, Plaing Tickect and Hotel are fine to me, I just want to know about the average prices

It depends a lot on where you eat. A budget meal will be about US$10-15, medium range US$20-30 and a higher end place US$25 and up.

If you want to keep costs down, you can get empanadas and sandwiches or a cheap meal at the market or self cater if you get a room with cooking facilities. You can bring some snacks with you from Santiago.

i had some really bad food in a 2-floor restaurant in front of the soccer field that costed 10000 chilean pesos (US$ 20) just a main course, the night after I went to a restaurant in the main street called Kanahau, the dishes were around 10000 and 14000 chilean pesos but it was a totally different experience it was worth the difference in price.
