(Belatedly.) Yes, but ask the hotel to book a taxi for you in advance - you can't flag down taxis on the street in Harwich. Depending on the hotel it should cost around £5.

It's the cost from a hotel in Harwich to the cruise port - 2 or 3 miles

In your other post you appeared to be asking about London to Harwich transportation - about 70 miles

There are several Harwich Hotels that are almost walking distance to the Port (although it would be a slog with luggage!!) - the journey is short - less than 2 miles, depending on Hotel chosen, so taxis from HARWICH therefore don't cost too much.

Central London to Harwich, though, is about 76miles - quite a different journey for a Taxi or Private Hire car in terms of Cost, particularly with today's petrol prices!!
