It certainly will. You only have to travel from Torremolinos towards Benelmadena to see their tree lined street to make you aware of how things could be....I really hope they get this planning right but I have fears that this will spoil things
We heard last night, from a usually reliable source, that the businesses on Playazo have been granted an, albeit temporary, reprieve. Anyone else hard this?
I heard they are looking to continue until December of this year and then close down permanently.
I hear this too and it is very good news because the beach restaurants there are wonderful.

Yes. I read that article too. The new owners must be very brave or have an agenda given the recent closure notices or maybe one seasons profit and/or incentives (if there are any) have persuaded them to take on the Boatyard.
Maybe I'm being a bit slow on the uptake here,I'm not business minded , but I don't understand how they can order all the businesses to close down claiming they're illegal yet someone else can then reopen ?
