Three nights in Sedona: What's on the must-do list?

We are staying three nights in Sedona at the Hampton Inn beginning Saturday. We have Saturday evening, two full days, and will be driving to the Grand Canyon on Tuesday to spend a few days on the South Rim. What are the absolute must-do's for such a 3 days in Sedona?

So far, we have booked the Pink Jeep Broken Arrow tour for Sunday at 1 p.m. We're flexible for the rest. We're a family of four, kids ages 13 and 11, and would like to do some easy to moderate hikes and eat at some good restaurants that are not prohibitively expensive. Have heard good things about the West Fork Trail, Slide Rock State Park and the Barking Frog restaurant; but we will defer to the expertise of this forum is there are things that are better. Thanks in advance for any advice.

We are big fans of Red Rock Crossing and your kids will love it there. The kids will love being by the creek and crossing the stepping stone into the center area with all the flat rocks. If warm enough, can swim there. It's also great for sunset with excellent views of Cathedral Rock and also plenty of areas to have a picnic lunch.
