Scottsdale Princess is probably one of the highest rated properties in Scottsdale. Read reviews on that on here, very lovely resort.

I do not think you will go wrong with either, both are excellent, but my favorite spa in town is by far the Camelback Inn. It is traditional and classic. Flawless seamless service. Depending on what you are looking for in lodging, the Camelback has been here for ages, very classic southwest, full of history and old fashioned 5-star service. Princess is probably a little younger age-oriented, newer, glitzier and the same great service and both have excellent food.

I'll second Camelback. Fiance and I went there for a spa day, and I had a great experience. Spent some time at the pool and had a few drinks afterwards. Looking forward to going back there in the fall.
