where to stay in Bariloche without a car

We hope to stay in Bariloche coming by bus from Puerto Varas

en route to Buenos Aires. Can anyone recommend somewhere to stay centrally and where it might be possible to a)hire bikes or

b) take a tour. Most of the recommendations seems to involve hiring a car, but if that isnt possible wonder what the options might be. Hope to arrive day 1 by bus , do tour day 2, day 3 take overnight bus to Buenos Airs. Many thanks for your suggestions

You can stay anywhere from the centre to LLao LLao. The public bus system is excellent just sort your bus tickets: tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g312848-i5848-k493…

Bike Hire: Take bus no.20 to KM19 on the road to LLao LLao. There are 2 bike hire options, cycle the most scenic part of circuito chico about 26km's - (if you take the detour to Colonia Suiza, but make sure you backtrack to Punto Panaramico)

Circuito Chico on bus: Bus 20: Cerro Otto, Cerro Campanario, Llao LLao

Isla Victoria / Bosque Arrayanes boat trip: Book your ticket in the centre and take bus 20 to LLao LLao walk 200m to the port where the boat leaves.

Cerro Tronador/ : Day tours leaving about 8.30am (try and buy ticket the day before)

The tourist Office in the centre has a leaflet with tours / prices/ time or wherever you stay will be able to give you all the info you need
