I know two, a small one in the back of the Guarani Indian village next to the www.laaldeadelaselva.com hotel, which is 200 meters from the Hotel Cataratas on the way to the falls. The 400 indians live in total poverty there (iron or straw huts).

Then you also find handicrafts sold just behind the entrance to the National Park, when you walk to the little trains. I bought something from both, hardly costs anything.

There's a small market in a tiny plaza near the downtown area.. I think on Tres Fronteras...
