We were first timers this year and loved it and booked to go again in June 2013 and staying at Asena Beach again. We are a couple in our 50's and we found the hotel and the resort in general to be mostly couples or families. We stayed in September and didn't see any 18-30's at all. Hope this helps.

We've stayed at the Karbel hotel for the last three years. Can't fault it.

Loved the look of the Asena Beach and would stay there when we go back again. We stayed at the Belcekiz last month which is right on the beach, it was lovely but it is AI. Loads of great hotels in OD. Belcehan is also very good. Also like Sue says the Karbel looked lovely

We just came back from Oludeniz a couple of weeks ago. Stayed at the Asena Beach Hotel. It's apparently a 3 star but it's more like a 4 star. Really nice place, really friendly and helpful staff and great food and only a couple of minutes walk from the beach.
