Is there transport from Belcekiz beach to the lagoon. Nursing a broken leg so walking too far is a bit of a problem!

A lot of private beaches will send transport for you if phoned, numbers often advertised, also some of bars and hotels have connections at the beaches and will ring for you, for example Help bar will arrange for you to go to Sugar beach which is lovely, have seen Billys beach number advertised often as well cant remember names of others. By the way I arrived in Turkey on crutches with a torn ligament once and was looked after so well at Dalaman airport put Manchester to shame. Have great hols shame you will have one white leg

Thanks for the info, SarahLou. Don't much care about having one white leg - it's some warm weather, sea and sand that I'm after!

By the way-if you're in plaster you can get "waterproofs" that go over so you can go swimming, depends on whether you have full leg plaster or not maybe, ask at your local hospital/physio dept.Might not be cheap but it may be worth it for the holiday!?

Jan, go easy with all the potholes, we dont want you to damage your only good leg? And getting up off your sunlounger, as abnormal weight distribution might cause it to suddenly ping up at extreme end, being not good at physics cant work out which end would spring up first, LOL !
