Hi there,

I don't know it, but looked at the web site which looks lovely. Signal Hill will have wonderful views, but it is NOT in walking distance of anything really, it is very close to the Waterfront and Camps Bay and the City Centre if you have a car, but you would definitely need transport.

Sorry to not be more helpful. The area is a good one, not seedy or anything like that, more the opposite.

We stayed here having booked for three nights but staying only one. Watch for their bait and switch tactic. We arrived to the bed and breakfast and were then taken back out to the street, to then enter the apartment building next door. We walked up to the top floor, to what I can only imagine was someone's vacant apartment. The staff had made an effort to make the space look like it was part of the bed and breakfast that we thought we were staying at. The apartment was built perhaps in the 1960's. Under the rug we did discover, the hard way, that some of the flooring was rotted out. The staff assured us that this was a very desirable room, but we moved once we realized that this was not the B&B we had seen online and that no rooms would be available to us in the historic mansion.
