Has anyone ever heard of Pinnacle Peaks restaurant?

My husband said he ate there in the mid 50's and wondered if it was still there.

The one your husband remembers is most likely the original restaurant at Pinnacle Peak outside of Scottsdale. I understand they also have place in Tucson now.

If you go, just know that if you wear a necktie, it will be removed, with scissors, and hung from the rafters. So pick out an old one that you don't care for anymore, and take your camera. You'll have a good story to tell when you get home.

Pinnacle Peak in Scottsdale and Pinancle Peak in Tucson are allegedly not related ..... but very similar in terms of food and the necktie-cutting thing. Pinnacle Peak Patio in Scottsdale is celebrating its 50th year. Pinnacle Peak Restaurant in Tucson says it is over 50 years old. So, who's copying whom? No idea! They're both fun, and the food good.
