Mendall or Norris Glacier Dog Sledding

Hi All,

I am heading to Alaska via a Princess Cruise ship & looking to do a dog sledding tour.

There are two tours available, one landing on Mendall Glacier, the other on Norris Glacier.

Does anyone have any advice to offer as to which is the better one? Is there even much difference, they are both glaciers afterall?

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

:)

We went w/ERA to Norris Glacier, the trip to the glacier itself was fantastic and then the dogsledding was just too cool.

Here, you can see my pictures...

Scroll down the left side of the page and click on the book you want to view, then enlarge.

Enjoy!

It makes no difference what glacier. There are three helicopter companies out of Juneau which offer this. Have back up plans, it is the most canceled Alaska excursion.
