Gecko Cabina

Has anyone stayed in the Gecko cabina before? We stayed in Pizote two years ago and loved it. We were wondering if Gecko was similar.

I've been in it but haven't stayed in it. It's very nice, very similiar to Tucan cabina, which is off to the side of it. It's bigger than Pizote, with a bug porch on the side & front, hammock and a built in sofa type lounger. Very nice, one of the more private showers if I remember (they're all private but I think there were a lot of trees/bushes making it even more so). It's pretty much dead center of all the cabinas.

Yes. I've stayed in both Pizote and Gecko. Gecko is very nice with a king size bed vs. and couch that can convert to a bed and all the outside amenities Midori mentions. It is the white stucco style cabina whereas Pizote is the wood style. If you are walking to Pizote from the pool it is 2 cabinas to the left of Pizote (maybe 3, but I think 2). Still great view and hammock like Pizote.

Oops, I didn't mean to say vs. the couch. I meant to say a king size vs. the 2 double beds Pizote has. Plus, it has a hide-a-bed couch.
