Planning Costa Rica 2013.

Have Canuita in my sights ( Playa Negra )..

Is this a good and safe spot ?

First week at Punta Uva ( Korrigon Lodge) Any other suggestions or ideas please would be appreciated, should I be moving on further?

Definitely! Hit up Bridgette's for great coffee then horse back ride. She was very inexpensive and we rode along Playa Grande followed by the jungle. Snorkel for sure! We went through a local who was cheap but knew where to take us. He was 20/person but any planned tour seemed to be between 40-50/person. This is an all morning thing as we went out around 9am but were dropped at the point for a great walk back though the park with our buddy from town. Other then that, make sure you cruise around. We did it on foot but there were many, MANY little places we may have missed had we not adventured around. Make sure you leave enough time to hang out at both beaches!
