Fiji. Where to stay?

Hi to all!

I booked a holiday to Fiji for May this year for 6 nights (first time in Fiji). Although I cant decide where to stay. I was looking for Mamanuca islands (?). I want an island that includes some activities, not just a very small island with a single resort. Eg water activities, small tours around etc. I was thinking for Mana or Malolo. Would it be nice? Or should I look for other islands too? Also I was thinking possibly to stay few days on one island that has activities and things to do/see and few days (eg 2 nites) on another small small island (ps: day visit to mainland is also planned just to see the city)?

Any help would be appreciated

George

1. Re: Fiji. Where to stay?

Depending when you arrive/depart Nadi, you may have to overnight on the mainland. Would only give you four days on the outer islands.

Navini is a small resort, but all daily morning scheduled snorkeling, island, village tours, are at no additional charge. The resort has 24/7 transportation to the island, so no need to overnight on the mainland on arrival or departure. If you could stretch your stay to 7 nights, transportation to/from the island is at no additional charge.

Prices are in FD, so do the conversion to AUD.
