Trip to jaipur for 3 days

Hi,

I am planning to have a 3 days tour to Jaipur. And looking for the Hotel as well any tours that are affordable and make us visit to the places. Which one are recommended. Also the places that can be viewed within 3 days ? We would like to cover up most of them. The places to shop and have some camel or elephant rides too. Here there are so many of them, but kinda of confusing which ones to contact.

Thanks,

hey sonivashisht

please mention your budget for the hotel as there are lots of hotels to suit all budgets

for sightseeing as it will be hot in april it is advisable to start early and first visit the open areas like the nahargarh jaigarh and amer forts then you can head to indoor places like the city palace museum. and govind devji temple

in the evening you can head to chokhi dhani and enjoy an authentic rajasthani food and rides on camel back bullock cart etc.

next you can explore the bazaars of jaipur like johari bazaar for jewellery and sarees, bapu bazaar for local handicrafts jutis tie and die bedcovers etc., saraogi mansion designer sarees and nik knacks, MI road for jewellery precious stones silver ware and do mall hopping too to pink square mall or city pulse and the latest world trade park for the branded stuff shopping .all these places offer a great deal of lip smacking local speciality and street food like lassiwala, chaat street outside saraogi mansion, LMB in johari bazaar for ghewars and traditional thali, that you can enjoy while shopping.

for the last day you can take a trip around the city and enjoy the sights of sites that are not much worth of a look from inside but surely from outside, like statue circle, albert hall, state assembly building, jan path, amar jawaan jyoti, jal mahal, kanak vrindavan and its temples, rambagh palace. also you can cover up the above mentioned places which you have missed in the last two days

Hi,

We left Jaipur this morning. We had an excellent tour with Apollo Voyages. Our guide was Shankar Saini. He is extremely knowledgable and has grown up in the area. We also had a somewhat larger vehicle for two people which was a huge plus as we are American and it takes some time to get used to the driving culture. I would talk to Apollo about your interests - must see places are the Amber Fort, Jantat Mantar and City Palace. With all of these tours they take you to local textile and craft places to learn about them. After you learn they try to sell you something. Just an FYI. We took a tour in Agra and is was the same thing.
