R-City Mall and Phoenix Market City are both close to Ghatkopar / Chembur. They have tons of shops selling both Salwar Kameez as well as Sarees.

Besides the main market in Ghatkopar East also has many options.

Hi saneguy,

Phoenix Market City is in kurla....so is that close to Ghatkopar?

BTW, have you been there? I've been and there are some interesting activities to do there. But inspite of having been there, I'm not sure how far it is from Ghatkopar...don't have too much idea about that part of town...

Hi !

You know its funny how they marketed the Mall. When the mall was about to open they said BKC is getting a new place lol...most of friends in BKC were overjoyed coz u know BKC has very few good eateries. And with a Mall you typically tend to get some good restaurants.

Alas the Mall is quite a distance from BKC - basically not a place where you can go for lunch during office hours and grab a quick bite. In that sense Inox is much better placed within Nariman Point.

And coming back to the point - this Mall is within 15mins from Ghatkopar station. So its quite conveniently located.

I've been to the Mall - must say its pretty good. We dined at Rain Forest which is a good unique dining place. The food is good too. Overall the Mall is very spacious and gives you enough room to move around comfortably.
