Simla, Kullu & Manali Trip

Dear Friends,

My parents, sister and sister-in-law had booked train ticket for Howrah to Kalka on 10th-Oct' 2010, but they have not booked any hotel or holiday home. Return journey is on 19th-Oct' 2010.

Can anyone suggest, that after reaching Simla, Kullu and manali, they will get Rooms, as the period, they are going, is a very rush time.

Your good suggestions, are highly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,

Malay

Have everything booked well before arrival for peace of mind. I'm sure you would not like to spoil your holiday just because you stayed in a bad hotel.

In peak season, most of the good hotels are booked very much in advance.

Pre - booking should be done as the period you are going in coincides with the Commonwealth games in Delhi.Offices and Schools are going to be shut in Delhi, which means a lot of Delhites will be holidaying. So best to book in advance, especially when travelling with family.

Its near Chandni Market. Princep Street. 2nd floor of the Shabbir Hotel (Restaurant) building. Otherwise, you can book online on HPTDC site.

Kullu is nearly one hour drive from Manali, so you can visit it while staying in Manali. No need to pack/unpack and check in/out.

O.K. every thing done, means Hotels also booked as per your guidance. Now give me some idea about the clothing and temperature. Clothes should be heavy or light will do.

Suggession is required.
