Shopping in New Delhi

Hi All,

I will be staying in New Delhi for 2.5 days during mid December and would like to know the best place for shopping. I will be interested to buy good fancy watches, shoes, especially leather jackets and backpacks, etc.

Let me know the best shopping market. I will be staying in a hotel at Karolbagh. Also I give some suggestions on best place for eating in new delhi. (pure veg).

Regards

Uday

In Karol Bagh, Ajmal Khan road has many shops for clothing , shoes and other things you can find here local as well as major international brands too. Connaught place/ Janpath is not very far from Karol bagh, here a few imported as well as top Indian brand watches shops are available. In inner circle many clothing / shoes shops are also available.

Hi.

As suggested by others, Karol bagh is a good market and you shall find many shops for watches, shoes and backpacks. You may also find lot of small vendors selling low end watches, backpacks, etc. For Leather jackets, there will be only some limited shops. For good brand leather jackets, you can explore Connaught Place.

Shudh restaurant in Karol bagh serves pure veg traditional Rajasthani and Gujarati cuisine. Great food at reasonable prices.
