Any ideas on our itinerary:

Day 2 - Perrit Rain Forest

Day 3 - Sleep over along Palang Chanel

Day 4 - Travel to S't Marie

Day 5 - Relax

Day 6 - Exursions

Day 7 Excursions

Day 8 - Excursions

Day 9 - Excursions/relax

Day 10 - Fly Nosi Beach

Day 11 - Nosi Beach

Day 12 - Fly back Antananrivo & South Africa

Will we be able to fit anything else in eg cut St Marie with 1/2 days and go to Morondara/Fort Daphin?

Any ideas please?

Hello,

first of all, congratulations and lots of happiness!!!

Sainte-Marie is the right place for honeymooners, there are still other more. So, you have to choose between Sainte-Marie end Nosy Be because they are situated in two opposite directions. Also, if you want to do the Pangalanes and sainte-Marie parts, forget about Fort Dauphin & Morondava.

Weather in these places will be fine in March except for Morondava where it can still be wet.

The best way to help you sort this trip out safely is to have it organized by a professional. Here is the contact of a serious one: exceltoursmada@yahoo.fr

Have fun!

Hello Gerda,

There has been given lots of advise already for your honermoon.

Can I ask a question? Do you really like staying at the beach? Do you like diving? Because you plan to visit st Marie and Nosy Be. Both small islands with lovely beaches and all the things the beach has to offer. It also takes a lot of flying that will make your trip more expensive.

You can also make a decision whether to stay at the beach on St. Marie or Nosy Be and not both.

You will save a lot of money and can spend the time on the Pangalanes river.

Another idea is to travel South-SouthEast with a car and chauffeur. You drive on the RN7. You start in Tana and end up in Toliara. You visit Antsirabe, NP Ranomafana, Fianarantsoa, NP Isalo. From Toliara you can fly to St. Marie or Nosy Be to have some relaxing beach time or stay around Toliara and go to some noce beach there around Ifaty or Anakao.

Maybe I make you confused and you don't know what to choose anymore. Madagascar is very divers and each region has its own flora, fauna and culture.

If you need any more help to plan your trip, please contct me.

greetings,

Wendy
