We have just spent 11 nights over Christmas at the Sarojin.
As with every hotel there will always be some customers whose expectations have not been met for what ever reason.
We have travelled throughout Asia for 10 years in 5 star categories.
Mike the GM and all of the staff, without exception did everthing to make our stay. You just have to say if something isnt right and understand that in particular over Christmas you cant walk into reception at 8.00 pm on Christmas Eve and want to go on a trip the next day and not get your request met. That is unreasonable but guests had high expectations.
The seafood pizza and spagetti carbonnara were fab after we became noodled out.
