Ko Tao for non-divers!!

We are travelling around the islands and wondering whether to go to ko tao but heard mixed opinions saying it is all centered around diving and hasn't got decent beaches?!

Any opinions or suggestions?....if the answear is yes what beach or area would you suggest??

I'm an ex-pat living on Koh Tao and there's plenty to do for non-divers! There is a fantastic place called Goodtime Adventures that specializes in rock climbing, abseiling, hiking, boat trips, cliff jumping, pub crawls and just an overall good time.

You can also check out the Muay Thai Boxing stadium which holds fight nights about twice a month. Their next fight night is October 9th. If you fancy doing more than just watching you can learn the art of Muay Thai. Stop by between 8:00-10:00 or 16:00-19:00 and work out with a Muay Thai instructor.

If you're looking for a more relaxing holiday then just spend your time at the beautiful beaches like Aow Leuk, Shark Bay, Freedom Beach, Laem Thien, Mango Bay or Sunset Beach (just to name a few!) Spend your days enjoying the relaxing atmosphere, exciting night life and delicious food. There's a reason why so many westerner's chose this island to call home :-)
