The new river's city will host the Wyndham hotel in GUAYAQUL

According to the schedule the new Wyndham hotel should be ready on December 2.011 if they follow the construction schedule on the new development that is know as river's city or Ciudad del Rio as many people from guayaquil knows the project.

Several building Towers are being build on this new area, that is the continuation of the Malecon 2.000 this new economical's harbor is know as Santa Ana's Port or Puerto Santa Ana (Spanish), will host a business center, new offices, a Tourist recreation center with a magnificent view from this new skyline's towers and the new Whyndham Hotel .

This Hotel will be located right on the Guayas river on the north side of Guayaquil's downtown area.

Here is a link where you can easily copy and paste, that will show you the new pictures (Page 2) that will show you how this project is taking shape to be the newest harbor in Guayaquil, and the new tourist attraction.

Beautiful pictures, a project like that dimension could cost at least US/. 100 million dollars, it looks so futuristic and great designs, I just saw the Pictures on Skyscraper website, look like the project is about 65% finished.

Very nice, good job Guayaquil...!!! No wonder why Ecuador is the financial capital, a lot of money $$$$ Congratulations again.
