Krka National Park in August?

Is it worthwhile for a day visit to Krka in August? Not looking at serious hiking, just keen on the scenery but worried maybe not much flowing water at that time of the year.

August is the driest month of the year but Krka is a big river (in Croatian terms) and there is always water. For hiking, upper part is wonderful (Burnum and the canyon) but you should not hike on your own. Another spectacular destination is Čikola canyon and that is perfect for hiking!

Regular tourist attractions are not hiking destinations and especially when is crowded: Skardinski buk waterfalls, Visovac and Roski slap...
