We're planning the itinerary for our 3-week trip from UK to China in September/October and welcome advice as to whether we should include a visit to Mount Huang Shan. Based on a film I saw the scenery and views were amazing.
Does a visit justify the expense of flights and overnight accommodation, or is it over-rated? We think we'd go up by cable car and stay overnight.
Can any UK person confirm whether this is the place featured on TV in Monty Don's programme " 80 Gardens around the World"
