Parkway Inn and Suites -- Appleton, WI

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in the USA. Only a very few holes in the third world are worse. The outside is run down and unkempt. The halls contains broken hotel TV's. The Toilet was broken and overflowed he fist time, I tried to flush it. The sheets were dirty with cigarette burns in the blankets. Turning on the A/C produces a foul odor. There was no screen in the window so opening the window would let in bugs to join the dead roaches under the bed. The stench of mold was overwhelming and no amount of ventilation would get rid of the smell. As I made the mistake of booking a pre paid Three day stay during the big air show, I was very disappointed to see a large sign over the front desk proclaiming no refunds for early departures.

I hate to see how the local hotels treat visitors who are here for the EAA.... they jack up the prices... same thing for Packer games. I am amazed to see little dumps with "no vacancy" signs out front. My advice to everyone, google the name of the hotel. In googling the name of this hotel I found "smells of urine, don't waste your money, and almost a pit."
