Presidente Figueiredo questions

If we have an extra day would you recommend staying overnight at Presidente Figueiredo or is a one day trip there enough? I saw photos of the beautiful waterfalls there, but couldn't find much information about the caves there. Are they worth visiting or not that special? What are some pousadas you would recommend if we stay overnight?

If we can bring the focus back to Presidente Figueiredo:

I just found photos of some activities there - going down rapids on tubes or blown up kayaks. Have you done that? Would you recommend doing it?

Is it true that people that live in Manaus like to go to Presidente Figueiredo for weekends or holidays? Would June 23 to 26 be such holiday period? Should we expect a lot more people there?

Is there a website where I can find the bus schedule to get there? Does the bus stop a lot or go express mostly?

Im pritty sure, there is no information about the bus schedule on the internet, most people from Manaus they go there, when there`s a long holiday just for weekend you will find a lot of tourists.

The bus has few stop,if you go by bus you will take about 2 hours or bit more.

Is June 23 to 26 a holiday weekend? Do people take off June 24 because June 23 is Corpus Christi, a public holiday in Brazil? Or do most people spend that day at home and not make a holiday weekend out of it?

Are you familiar with the activities I mentioned?

Thanks!
