Am I right... immigration and customs located at M terminal?

Hello,

Could someone put me right please. We arrive from Vietnam by Air Asia into LCCT KL. Is it correct that we must collect our luggage and go to the main terminal to pass through immigration and customs? Is there a bus to catch or can we walk. I am so clueless.

Thanks for your help

No, lcct and M are seperate terminals with their own facilities.

If you arrive with airasia, you do immigration, then baggage claim, then customs, all at Lcct.

You then take a cab or bus to wherever you want to go.

Thanks so much. It will be a whole new world compared to our tiny airport at Perth. 8o)
