Airport facilities

Apparently Air Asia is going to be moving across to the main airport this year....but if it hasn't by the time we go....are there coffee shops, duty free shopping etc at the LCCT airport?

Our flight is at 9.45am if that makes a difference to early opening....

Yes LCCT has coffee shop - the Coffee Bean and a McDonalds - available at public area and duty free - this was available once we had gone through check in Can't help much with times though as we went through later in the day with our flights

Also if you leave the main area and walk past the bus pick up area there is actually a little food court as well.

We went through KL LCCT in transit to Bali with AA. Land side, there are the cafes McDs etc as mentioned above (and the food court). However, airside, there are also a few options including a great dumpling 'cart', pancakes and a bakery place. There's a Duty free shop, books, souveniers, jewellers, chemist, and money changers. But it's a pretty basic terminal but plenty enough to kill a hour or two before your flight.

Hi there.

I prefer the food court, just past the Air Asia coaches. Less crowded, somewhere to put your trolley/suitcases.
