Genting > KLCC> Chinatown>Bukit Bintang

Hi all~

I will be going to Genting from Sg for 3D2N soon. On the second day, my bf's parents want to explore KL. I am not sure how we can go about it. We plan to get an express bus down to KL Sentral and from there onwards, go to KLCC, Chinatown and Bukit Bintang via LRT . Do you think it is feasible for one day? Thank you for your feedback!

HI

Genting is normally a day trip from Kuala Lumpur, so different to see KL being a day trip from Genting.

Yes it is totally possible to do KL as a day trip.

KL Sentral by MRT to KLCC, then KLCC to Chinatown by MRT Pasar Seni or Masjd Jamek stations, then transfer to the monorail to get to Bukit Bintang monorail station, then monrail back to KL Sentral.

Trains / LRT and monorail systems covers most of the city, it is easy to get round to most of the sights in the city. Most journeys are 2-3myr, so very cheap. http://www.kiat.net/malaysia/KL/transit.html

A reasonable map of Kuala Lumpur is a must.
