Ski schools for kids

Hi everyone

We are a family of four kids ( baby, age 5,7 and 12) and 2 adults. We have set our sights on Hakuba but need recommendations on great places/ areas to be based in that are easily accessible for ski school for the kids. The lessons don't need to be in English. It's all about location for us. Husband and I like ski resorts of Jackson Hole and Utah, so keep for something 'comparable', if that's not asking too much. Any advice would be much appreciated.

This centre has been operating for quiet a few years:

There are two good hotels also shown on their access map - the Mominoki and the Tokyu.

However, there's accomodation for all budgets in Hakuba. See:

Go to Karuizawa Prince Resorts.

We paid about 12,000+/- for our son, think 3hrs lesson incldg rental of ski clothings n ski stuff.

Goggle Prince Group .

Very convenience spot, just next to Karuizawa Statn.

Coach dont speak English, still my son can understand thru body language.

While Karuizawa is convenient, it is not a highly rated ski resort for experienced skiers.
