fushimi inari from Osaka midosuji subway

taxi to kiyomizu

walk from there towards sannezaka steps and turn left after yasaka pagoda

bypass kodajii and head to kinneji

to gion and pontocho

day 2

arashiyama bamboo groves shrine and bridge via midosuji subway to umeda then hankyu

off to kinkakuji

backto central for nijo castle and nishiki market

is this doable?

Yes, definitely do-able. You might want to consider Ryoanji when you are at Kinkakuji. It's nearby and underrated. It's a very serene and unique temple.
