The Masjid Al Nabawi is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
As far as I know the ladies section closes a short while after Isha. Women were always told to leave. I last went last year so don't know if anything has changed since.
this is what i was afraid of. the last time i was there was in 2010 and i remember we had to leave at some point. there was a lot of construction happening back then and i thought that might have been the readon. i was hoping something might have changed by now.
It is open all the time. However access to Riyyad ul Jannat is timed and there are only a few time slots.
After just flying back from there, my perspective is as follows:
I beleive one section does close, but the other section, the section that you need to take that leads to Rawdah, does stay open. My wife managed to find a spot into the Rawdah well after Isha. It may possible close before 12am as Isha is 7pm. If it does re-open it would have been 4pm, near Tahajjud times.
Most of the replies are correct Masjid e Nabwi's Most of the sections are open all the time.
