Norweigan cruise

Do any of you have any references on the tours that Norweigan Cruises offer?

Is there any possibility that if we don't have the turist visa for Russia can get into the country with a local tour company?

If you go to the NCL web site there are shore excursion descriptions.

No visa is required if you book with an authorized tour company which is what the ship does. It can't legally give any tour that gives visa free access so the cruise line contracts with local tour companies, one per season, to host their passengers and supply tours that the ship sells but with 50-80% markup in price as their commission.

You will have to book your tour before you arrive because there immigration officials will need to have your name on a list of visitors hosted by the tour company you choose. If you do not have a booked tour in advance, to get off the ship you will need a Russian visa.
