Veniz is closer to the market and the lower end of Session Road, while Burnham hotel is closer to SM and the upper part of Session. I'd pick Veniz, even if it has higher rates because it's newer and better maintained.

If you would like to be near SM Baguio I would recommend Bloomfield Hotel.

In my preferrence I would choose Hotel Veniz since its very near to Burnham park and various tourist attractions, I have stayed in Hotel 45, Benguet Prime, and Veniz for twice already and I will surely be glad to stay with them again on my next vacation.

my husband and I stayed in hotel veniz 2yrs ago. they have friendly staffs, nice rooms. it's near the market, restaurants, very accessible. if you're on a budget, there are small hotels/inn's near the session road which costs 800/night.
