Are there opportunities to fish near Farallon? Arriving at the Decameron with a fisherman who hopes to fish in Panama.

When are you coming to PANAMA?

What type of fishing (fresh water peacock bass or deep sea fishing). Both can be arranged via the Decameron Marina or contacting Dennis directly dba_50@hotmail.com.

Private tours can also be arranged through www.panamaroadrunner.com to the city, canal, Gamboa rainforest, emberra village, shopping, etc. Usually the Decameron does only does 2 tours per trip, where Roadrunner will combine all into 1 trip into the city (2+ hour trip each way).

Fishing around the Decameron is fair at best. Cost $400(4hrs) for the wife and i to catch a couple spanish mackerel(booked at the Decameron) After we left the Decameron we went up to the Gamboa Rainforest Resort and fished with panamacanalfishing.com on Lake Gatun. Cost was $300(Transportation from the resort and back, lunch, snacks and drinks-beer, water, soda. from 7-2:30. One of the best days we had in Panama...53 peacock bass and a 20# Snook.
