Good Restaurants close by the Hyatt Regency?

Anyone have any recommendations for restaurants (of any kind) close by the Hyatt? Thanks.

The Hyatt's restaurants are pretty good themselves, and certainly quality wise there is little choice in the immediate vicinity. Only McDonalds, KFC and Burger King. Or, local food is an open air cafe, Tree Under, which is reasonable local food and reasonable prices.

As already mentioned, there's mcdonalds, kfc and burger king. There are some smaller shops serving local food which is ok, but nothing to shout about.

Satay Zul is about a 5 min drive from the hyatt heading into town. The satay here is good, lots of other local delights. Worth trying.

For seafood or 'ikan bakar', tanjung lumpur is your best bet.....a whole area of seafood stalls which is about a 15 minute drive from the hyatt.
