Pantai Cenang is the most popular beach in Lgk.

You can stay in hotel of your choice -

Near Pantai Cenang, tis too crowded. If you dont mind, its ok but I would prefer somewhere quiet.

Hi

Yeah, I do not particularly like Pantai Cenang either but it is the most popular place for tourists with lots of restaurants, shops and bars.

As we do not know what sort of budget you are looking at for your hotel it is difficult to suggest anywhere. Look under the tab on the left of the page marked "Langkawi Hotels". Chose a few that you like and come back on the forum for more information.

As mentioned by others, Pantai Cenang is the most popular beach and is the most crowded too. You could book some hotel at Pantai Tengah which is the extension of Pantai Cenang and is comparatively quiter and better. Lanai beach resort, Holiday villa and federal villa are some nice properties there.
