Hotel Close to Hakata Station?

Hi all, I'm looking for personal recommendations of hotels close to Hakata station. What I'm most interested in is how comfortable the beds are, as my mother has a bad back... Looking at 3-4 star places.

So far I have found the following hotels to be close, has anyone stayed at any of these hotels?

- Hotel Centraza

- Hakata Miyako Hotel

- Sunlife Hotel 2.3

- Hotel Century Art

- Hakata Green Hotel

- Richmond Hotel

- Hotel LeoPalace <-- they said something about a 30% discount because I'm living at a LeoPalace 21 apartment, but I couldn't find any information about this on the website, does anyone know any more about this?

TIA
