Taxi to Kegon Falls?

I know there are buses that are efficient way of touring Nikko, but I have a person who has some problems with mobility. I would like to know if it is possibly to take a cab to drive from the Shrines to the Irohazaka road towards the Lake Chuzenji and Kegon waterfall?

Also, is there a place where the Iroha -zaka can be seen from above, so we can stop a take pics of it?

Thanks for any advice!

Depends on how serious is the mobility issue. Could you explain a bit more? If the person is in wheelchair, Nikko Toshogu will be a challenge.

Nikko isn't really a great place for persons with mobility issues (it's a sanctuary in the mountains), although Toshogu can be reached by taxi (but then there are small stairs. Taiyuinbyo would be extremely difficult to do).

Kegon Falls is technically about 5,780 yen from Nikko stations.
