Nohi bus email?

On Nohi bus English website ( http://www.nouhibus.co.jp/english/index.html ) I can only find their telephone number: do they have an email address? Otherwise how I can reserve my bus tickets? Thank you!

My experience with Nohi bus is that you can make your reservation at least one day in advance in person at the bus station were you will leave with Nohi bus (sometimes other bus stations which are operated by Nohi bus are also possible).

Using google translate, you can get a phone number (it also says you purchase tickets at a combini or online in Japanese) - www.nouhibus.co.jp/new/exp_bus_shinjyuku.html .

You might also travel agents in Japan. You could also check with your local JTB office.

Some Nohi bus service do not need reservation. You can just buy the bus ticket when you arrive Shirakawago. Click here - http://www.nouhibus.co.jp/english/index.html

The earliest is one month before departure date. If you can understand Japanese, you can make the reservation on Nohi website (Japanese version). I wrote email to Shirakawago Tourist Association info-e@shirakawa-go.gr.jp and their help to reserve bus ticket.

More information can be found here too -

Thank you to all of you!

I haven't decided my trip yet, but I called Nohi bus by skype just to check if they could talk to me in English and they actually did: so, when I decide, I will call them again, their English is very good and they are very kind (as usually Japanese peolpe are!!).
