Dining options in Livingstone

Hi,

I will stay in Zambezi Sun in Sep, and realize the restaurant in my hotel is quite expensive after reading the reviews. Just wonder if there is other dining option in town or good restaurants worth to try. Thanks.

You have several options:

Armadillo Restaurant - Oriental & Grills

Rhapsodies - At the Falls Park Shopping Centre

Ngoma Zanga - African Restaurant

Ocean Basket - Fish

Chanters Lodge - A la carte, good value.

Thanks. Are all these restaurants in town and safe at night? How much is the taxi ride from Zambezi Sun?

'Armadillo' and 'Chanters' are the furthest from Zambezi Sun on, and just off the Lusaka Road past the Fairmount Hotel. 'Rhapsodies' is the closest at the Falls Park Shopping Centre. 'Ocean Basket' and 'Ngoma Zanga' are between the Shopping Centre and town. Livingstone is generally safe and a taxi from Zambezi Sun to any of the above should not be more than US$10 per taxi one way.
