hotel near da nang airport

we are suoopsed to be travelling from da nang to hue on tuesday evening but really dont fancy doing the journey in the dark after reading about dangerous drivers so will have to find hotel and travel the following day in dayligh. can anyone recommend a decent hotel near the airport please. is it dangerous during daytime too.wish we wernt going to hue now but hotel is booked for 6 nights and paid for

there are no actual airport hotels, the airport is only approx 3kms from the town centre, so anywhere you stay in town will be within a short distance to the airport.

Yes, the roads are more dangerous at night, but if you are travelling in a private car I really wouldn't worry too much day or night. Just make sure your driver isn't driving like a maniac and you will be fine.

Well you wouldn't want to miss the scenery on your way to Hue City either, so stay in Da Nang for the evening, have some dinner and take the drive at daylight. Less traffic the earlier you go. Lots of hotels close to the airport...nothing is very far away.
