Hoi An or Krapi

Am a novice to Asia and planning first trip there for a quick getaway (8 days).

What would be best - Vietnam (hoi-an) or Thailand (krapi)?

Would like a quiet relaxing time, not bothered about touristy areas/attractions on such a short trip. would love beach, couple of trips, men's tailor made clothes essential too.

Thanks for any tips

I've been to Krabi and it's really lovely (magnificent karsts, rockclimbing, etc). There are tiny islands nearby and you can do day trips. 3 days were enough for us. But I don't think they were any tailors there. For that I believe you should go to Hoi An. I'm heading there next month :)

HoiAn for sure.

Tailors, restaurants, beaches, historic sites etc.
